SOMASAFE is a restorative body practice that combines two key elements:

🌊 Gentle somatic movement that activates the vagus nerve and regulates your alert state
This method was born from my own process, after years of chronic anxiety and deep depression. With a lot of learning in body techniques based on neuroscience and the need to create a daily regulation ritual... to feel like ME again.
And what excites me most is that it's so simple you can do it from bed.
In pajamas. 10 minutes a day.
And yes: it can change your life (I’m not kidding).
