I was a pioneer in the world of online fitness, and when it stopped resonating with me, I fearlessly reinvented myself. I opted for Ringana, the most free and conscious business format I know, and then for creating spaces, courses, and rituals that inspire other women to transform their reality.

I've always chosen to move forward, even when it meant letting go of everything. Even when there was fear, anxiety, emptiness, or depression.

I dared to look inside, to break the mold and build a simpler, wilder, and more personal life.
