My name is Mar García-Peñuela and I have made my life a laboratory of freedom, courage, and transformation.

From a very young age, I dared to choose differently: I left the city, the safe paths, and conventional jobs to create a life aligned with my truth.

I was a pioneer in the world of online fitness and, when it no longer resonated with me, I reinvented myself without fear. I bet on Ringana, the most free and conscious business model I know, and later on creating spaces, courses, and rituals that inspire other women to transform their reality.

I have always chosen to move forward, even when it meant letting go of everything. Even when there was fear, anxiety, emptiness, or depression.

I dared to look within, to break molds, and to build a simpler, wilder, and more authentic life.
